The tragedy death of engineering student Devi Reddy is finally solved. Police after going into deep investigation confirmed that she died due to injuries caused by a road accident. Police commissioner Mahender Reddy revealed details to media. Devi's parents expressed their doubts on her death due to the road accident, but police after the experimental and technical investigation determined it to be an accident for sure.
According to their analysis, Devi and Bharat Simha Reddy were traveling in a car at early hours of May 2 and it hit a tree at Huda heights near Journalist colony in Jubilee hills. Devi was extremely injured and died when she was being moved to the hospital. The reason for the accident is declared as drunk driving. Police also questioned Devi's friends Sonali, Vicky, Prudhvi, Sushanth, Sai regarding the happenings on that day. They picked the call data of Devi and Bharat Simha Reddy, and that says that they talked on the phone for around 1460 times and exchanged 1600 pages of messages on Whatsapp.
That night when Devi died, Prudhvi, Sushanth, Sai, and Vicky went to Nanakramguda for a party in one car and Sonali, Devi, Bharat Simha Reddy and Devi went there in another car. When everyone else returned to other cars, Devi and Bharat started in a car to Jubilee hills.
Repeated calls from Devi's father at that time tensed them and they turned the vehicle towards Huda heights. After some time, they quarreled when Devi decided to walk and after few minutes, the car hit a tree, injuring Devi to death.
