If gossip doing the rounds is to be believed, Superstar Rajinikanth's most-anticipated film Kabali is sound to be inspired from Hollywood blockbuster Taken. Although there's no official explanation on this, speculations are common that the film has several similarity to Taken. Announced to be the story of an ex-Secret Service agent (played by Neeson) whose teenage daughter is kidnaped by human traffickers while on a trip to Paris, the hero in Taken, with no clue on his daughter's location, travels all the way to Paris to find and save her.
The action thriller was a huge hit and even recognized as a turning point in Neeson's career which transformed him into an action star. The film had a sequel Taken 2 and finally Taken 3. Film Nagar is a buzz that Rajini's Kabali is made on similar lines. It needs to be seen how the makers of Kabali react to these rumors. Meanwhile, the film's release has been postponed to the last week of June.
